Etsy, Spoonflower and Pixels each have their own shipping & refund policies.
Etsy is the only place where I am responsible for shipping items. However, there are some items I do not make or ship, which is noted in the product descriptions. These products are manufactured and ship by a printing partner.

Etsy shipping policy:
Please see individual item details for estimated arrival times. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Please see individual item details for return and exchange eligibility.
Personalized and Custom Orders. Personalized and Custom Orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order is placed. If any such items is refused or returned, no refund will be given. Only eligible for a refund if the item is defective.
Digital Products. All digital products and materials are non-refundable and not returnable, under any circumstances. All sales are final.
Reporting Problems. If you have any problems with your order, please email me immediately at info@lisablakedesigns.com. If you are missing any pieces to your order please contact me within 5 business days to report the missing pieces, and I will then process the request for parts. This process can take up to 30 days depending on availability.
Requests for Returns. If you wish to make a return for any reason, please contact me within 7 business days of receiving the order. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping. Returned product must be received by me within 30 days of receipt of delivery to you.
Damaged Items. If items arrive damaged, I reserve the right to replace the damaged part or send out a new item to satisfy the order. If you do not want a replaced item, it is treated as a return, and all conditions will apply if customer refuses replacement.
Canceled Items. Transactions already processed that are cancelled after 24 hours incur a 3% transaction fee charged by the credit card companies.
Shipment. I do not reimburse any shipping charges to or from you the customer. Products will be delivered unless customer cancels their order prior to shipment. Once the item has shipped out, any cancellation will be treated as a return and will incur all shipping charges and re-stocking fees.
Condition of Returned Items. All returns for any reason damaged or otherwise need to be in original manufacturer packaging and unassembled.
International Orders. All international orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order is placed. If any such items is refused or returned, no refund will be given.
