My Etsy Shop Received the Star Seller Badge
What is Etsy's Star Seller Badge?
On the 1st of every month, Etsy reviews certain criteria for every shop based on the last three months of shop data. If a shop meets the minimum threshold for this criteria, the shop earns the Star Seller Badge.
The qualification criteria for the Star Seller Badge is shown below:
- Message response rate: 95%+ of first messages in a thread are responded to within 24 hours. This stat is only considered if you receive new messages during the review period.
- On-time shipping & tracking: 95%+ of orders ship on time with tracking or with a shipping label purchased on Etsy
- Ratings average: Your average rating is 4.8 stars or higher.
- You must also meet a minimum of 5 orders and $300 in sales during the 3-month review period, and you must have been on Etsy’s platform for 90 days since your first sale.
Lisa Blake Designs has earned the Star Seller Badge for December 2023!
For the month of December, my shop will have the purple Star Seller Badge next to my shop name in search results, as well as on my shop page. This badge gives buyers an extra boost of confidence in the seller they are considering purchasing from.
This is the first time I've earned the Star Seller Badge, so it is a nice pat on the back for providing great service to my customers.
